The custom ‘revolver style’ smoker uses all natural local wood as the heat and smoke source for cooking. The fire is built and maintained in the firebox and the meat is slow smoked for hours in the smoke chamber. Only the best quality ingredients are chosen and only traditional recipes are served.

Traditional Texas BBQ mains include ribs, sausage, and our signature smoked brisket. Brisket is naturally a tough cut of meat however when slow smoked for up to 12 hours using an all natural wood fire it is tender and juicy on the inside with a crisp smokey bark on the outside.

Served on butcher paper with tasty side dishes, bread, bbq sauce, and the trimmings (pickles, onions, jalapeños).

They currently take bookings for 40+ people in the Brisbane and Sunshine Coast areas. Are completely mobile and do all meat preparation and cooking at your venue so you get the entire experience.
